The room was extremely inconvenient. It was extremely hard to find charging ports, the sink didnt allow for toiletries to be easily used or stores and the water pressure absolutely sucked. It was barely a trickle coming out of the faucet.

The staff were really great and very helpful. There was a valet that went above and beyond when the CVS vending machine had issues. I tried to get something and the screen went black and said system error, and he took care of calling someone to come fix

I wasnt use to having to pay for parking, so that was a bit of a surprise, but it is what it is

Everything about this hotel is great!! The staff is friendly. Bar and restaurant area is good!

There should be a fan in the bathroom! It would be nice to have other cozy area's to sit around as a group in the lobby area. It's all high tables or the bar or restaurant. Would be nice to have cozy chairs to sit around with friends and drink coffee

The room itself was okay.
Negatives:
The check in staff was rude to not just me but friends as well. They refused to give me the parking discount that I was promised. Then forced me to pay full price for valet after my friends all got it at 50% off for being a Hilton customer. She was rude about it and pushy. Basically called me a liar and then didn't offer me the little gift bag every single other person had been getting. Which overall not a huge deal but the principal wasn't there. Poor customer service.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and comfortable.
Negatives:
I did not like that I had to pay to park in the parking garage. I was already paying over $200 for one room for one night. Parking should have been included with my room. The prices of the rooms are a little on the pricey side.
