The room was spacious and clean. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful.
Negatives:
Breakfast food wasn’t refilled on Saturday. Trash cans at breakfast station were full on Saturday. Better on Sunday but still some food not available.
Sketchy parking not adjacent to hotel. Not much lighting there.
Noisy children in hallway. Doors noisy when they close. Noisy car in parking lot. Some of the noise was not the hotel’s fault.

The location was ok other than parking, because if you left the hotel and came back there wasn't enough parking spaces and I had to go to the next parking lot which was inconvenient for other family members who had health conditions

We arrived right at 4 pm to check in and waited in line for 20 minutes. Once we reached the front, we were told that a room with our specifications - two queens - wasn't ready yet, but it would only be a few minutes. Although we were in somewhat of a time crunch to get to our evening event, we agreed. It was 50 minutes later (now an hour an 10 minutes from when we arrived to check in) before we were given a room. Our family had to go into the lobby bathrooms to start getting ready for the evening.
I understand being short-staffed, but a two-queen room is standard and surely there could have been one room available for us. There was little-to-no communication with the staff as we waited in the lobby unless we initiated it by getting back in line and waiting for answers. Unacceptable.
