Negatives: 1. We booked a room with a sofa bed and there was no sofa bed set up, we had to ask the front desk to set it up, no big deal 2. Whats not acceptable is, there are bugs in the room! Bugs crawled to kids which is really creepy and annoying! 3. Later on we found a sock that must be from previous guest. All in all, our stay was not good.
