Came because of the weather...
Positives:
Very good value. Great amenities and very good breakfast. Free onsite laundry was also a nice touch.
Negatives:
Out of a 6 day stay we never once had a knock from housekeeping to check on us. We had to chase them down for towels, toilet paper, and trash bags.

Breakfast and the staff in that area were awesome! Hotel in a great location of the city
Negatives:
Was not told pool was closed until I asked after checking in no sign at the desk. We had our grandkids with us and was looking forward to using the pool. Sofa bed is awful as my young grandsons complained about so you know it's bad when a child complains we tried to sleep on it and it was awful. Pink stain on the lower curtain in the sitting area and on the carpet in room 203.
