The front desk lady was the kindest and so were the house keepers.

Had to move rooms 3 times first room the mattress was covered in something that looked like blood second room there was no tv and the 3rd room the sheets had yellow stains burn marks and where filthy the front desk staff refused to move us or offer any kind of discount or refund. The hotel was disgusting and the front desk staff was no help. Worst experience Ive ever had with a hotel/motel.

Got told by hotel staff I couldn't have any visitors and this was even daytime even though I paid for the room. Electrical outlet behind bed was missing 2nd plug in and had exposed wires noticed when I went to plug my phone in and it zapped me.

The walls were painted nicely. And the carpet was in good condition.

Couldnt rate the breakfast because there was none. And the staff said they no longer have breakfast. Unbeknownst to us. There was coffee, but no cream, milk or anything to put in it, and the staff said they dont carry that either. There were 2 sugar packets on the table. There were holes in the wall and sockets falling out because they werent improperly Procured to the wall. Our door was very hard to open, yet they were already ouldntvstay here againaware of it.

After running and charging my cards was told I wasn't charged any money and was denied a room and have still yet to receive a refund. I was also supposed to only be charged 69.13$ but was charged 69.50$ and there was nowhere to park
