That the hotel room was dirty, the wash rags where crusty with black stuff on it, the tub looked a liitle strange and staff lied to us about the tvs working so we would refund the tvs snd lights didnt work our whole stay, im actually very disappointed and i left lied to

When we arrived to the hotel about 6-8 police vehicles were there investigating an incident, we still chose to check in because our reservation was non refundable
Although, once in our room.. there were cigarette burns in our non smoking room all over the bed sheets, our peep hole was missing and had electrical tape covering the hole and I did not feel safe, so left almost immediately and rented a room somewhere else to feel safer. Not to mention the reservation said free breakfast and there indeed was no breakfast told

I booked the hotel for the third time for two nights totalling 6 days.
After the third night, before the 11am check out time I was asked by the hotel manager to leave and would receive a full refund. As I did nothing wrong to be asked to exit the hotel other than having a conversation with the Omaha Police I adhered to the request offended and looking forward to a different place to stay. To make a very long story short I was never issued a refund for the night of August 23rd 2023 and am still awaiting a reasoning and response as why, almost 1 months later

The place was disgusting it smelled doesn't seem like it's clean there was nobody ever at the front desk and was very expensive I stated better hotels that were less expensive
