The friendly courteous helpful desk staff. I checked in late and needed to leave early. Nice hot shower. Clean towels.

The motor for the fridge was very loud so I needed to temporarily turn it off for some quiet.

There were already guests in our 1st room. Room keys did not work for the 2nd room. We waited almost 2 hours before an employee was at the front desk. We called the guest line and it just rang to the desk. We will never stay here again.

Old and rundown. Smoke detector in room removed, toilet not seated on floor properly. Overall hotel needs complete renovation. Would not stay there again.

The rooms were clean and in nice condition. I'm guessing they have been redone recently. The outside shows a little wear and tear. The breakfast was very good with several hot items. The front desk staff was friendly and professional.

The staff was most hospitable and friendly. Our room was small but very clean and quiet with a great and comfortable bed. We enjoyed the breakfast and had a great stay overall.

Was disappointed with the curtains. Main one had holes and things one behind had rips. Those need updated. Also disappointed it didn't even have a jacuzzi.

One is greeted at the door by a filthy carpet. The desk had nobody around and we waited several minutes for someone to finally show up. The bathroom was dirty. Darkening curtains were missing.

Fire alarm testing at 630am. After 6am the day of check-out my keys stopped working. I informed them that would be checking out around 11am and the staff was knocking at the door at 10am wondering when I was checking out.
