ALL of the staff were super friendly! The hotel is older but clean. Seems like they are slowly trying to clean up or remodel the hotel. The pool looks like it hasn't been open in a very long time. The attached casino is very small but has a lot of the newer slots. There's also table games and video poker, video blackjack and video roulette.
Negatives:
The only thing that this hotel lacks is dining. The steakhouse was way expensive for what you get and where you are. The coffee shop was worthless with very few items to choose from. We ended up eating at Starbucks twice a day since there wasn't much else to go to. My husband and I are vegetarian, so there wasn't much for us to choose from either way.

Your staff at the check in,where rude and not very good as a greeter to your hotel everyone says they are short on staff I would not have them checking in people. they could lose business for your hotel

I LOVED that they had lotion, shampooing conditioner dispensers. Environmental, easier for guests and employees to use.
