Very good staff, cleanliness, comfort and breakfast were very good. Staff were proactive, especially the guy (Adrien?). TV was very good, with different streaming options. We also got customized welcome note on TV upon arrival, which was very nice. Good value for the money you pay here.

Location and staff are excellent. Brother and his family are 6-7 mi away from this hotel. So close to Allegiant stadium (for SuperBowl finals).
Negatives:
Smell of old cigarettes upon opening the door need to be addressed. The heavy footsteps upstairs, slamming of a door, water pressure from shower also need to be addressed.
