Positives:
I was charged $60 additional for breakfast for the duration of the stay. The pictures on your website were not even
close to what was offered at the hotel. This hotel offers what any other 3 star property offers for breakfast, waffles,
cereal, fake scrambled eggs with a meat, some fruit such as bananas and apples, coffee, tea etc. Not even close to what
I thought I was purchasing on your website. They do not offer an upgraded breakfast, only the standard free breakfast
fare. I expect a refund for the $60.00 and you should correct your property info regarding this.
Negatives:
We had to change rooms after first night. The room/suite they assigned to us was under a stairwell and had a very small
bathroom with dim lighting and a fan which sounded like a prop plane. We could not use the shower due to this.
Ido not think we should be charged for the first night as well.
