Room older dust buildup in the bathroom not detailed cleaning.pillows were cheap material with lumpy feel.resort fee of $60/day and pool was not even open, not sure what the fee was for. there was nothing besides sleeping that I did here,smoking smell

The location of this hotel was fantastic!
Negatives:
It was our first time come to Vegas and I guess I was expecting something a little less comparable to a "Holiday Inn" for it being a mid-strip hotel. The amenities were just okay.
Positives:
It was very productive with our karate tournament . The shower heat and water force was awesome

The ventilation system was really old, there was cigarette smells, for the restaurant had to go to Paris

Location was very convenient. It was nice to walk to Paris and not have to go outside! Food at Horseshoe was limited. I have to eat gluten free and there are no options.

Pictures online seemed a lot nicer, which is to be expected. The rooms are listed as renovated, but they are not recently updated.

the location - center of strip - and close to activities that we were interested in

the room we had was older and run down - they are updating slowly. But with automated checkin on a machine,there's no one to talk to about the room you are given until you walk into the room. We didn't ask to change rooms, but it was definitely older
