Just a beautiful hotel
In a fantastic location actually its a work of art.
Its is the jewel in the crown on the strip.
Negatives:
These may not matter to most but no in room coffee or tea making facilities ie a kettle was a let down, and not having enough room in the fridge to store drinks was inconvenient.
The second was no daily water in room
Was a let down for such a prestigious hotel.
Lastly a tad of mix up upon leaving with the staff member less than courteous was a shock just asking a was not met with a genuine pleasant response in our instance.

Location and facilities are amazing. Very comfortable beds, and very clean room.
Negatives:
6am Bellagio employees started a construction on the apartment above. I was trying to rest after a very intense day, but it was impossible. I called the concierge around 9am, they offered me a room change, but at that stage I was woke, so I refused and went out with their promisse that the construction activities would be finished that day. Well, next day at 6am sharp it started again. I packed my things and left. Nobody gave me any explanation, or excuses, or any compensation. Reason why Im completely disappointed with the most famous Hotel in Vegas.

Positives:
Check-in desk process was efficient and the staff were fantastic after I had a few personal issues. The bathroom was big and clean. The hotel is beautiful and has everything you could need. We also had a couple of great croupiers (it can be very hit and miss...) and some roulette tables had $15 1 chip bets so great for beginners.
Negatives:
The room was a little smaller than expected (I had just stayed at The Flamingo which was much bigger), and with four of us in two double beds it felt a little cramped.
