The service, room was quiet clean and comfortable, the check in process was quick and the check out excellent, the restaurant was good with nice options, the bar on the roof especially good with amazing view.
Negatives:
The location its not that close to the strip, always have to take uber or taxi to get out, there are no convenience stores nearby (i mean less than 10 min walking)

Beautiful lobby & atmosphere. Location was fine, but I wasn't in town for anything specific.
Negatives:
I was given a room upgrade but it was on floor 3 end of hallway. All windows looked out on the roof & a constant hum from the units on the surrounding roof radiated into the rooms. The fridge rules are ridiculous. Storage fees & charges from removal 2 chk

The weighted bar. We were traveling with adults with disabilities for work and they didn’t understand moving the weighted items and opening the fridge would charge us. Otherwise great!

Hotel was very pretty, lots of dinning and entertainment available.
Negatives:
Room was not clean. Stained towels, dirty tub, dirty sink. Expected a lot more for a 5 star hotel. Also so many extra costs! Parking is outrageously priced! Should be free if your staying at the hotel. Plus the "resort fee" although it's just a hotel.

The housekeeping staff went above and beyond for us. We had one of our kiddos get a stomach bug in the middle of the night, and they were quick to send up clean bedding, towels and take care of the dirty ones and deep cleaned the next day.
