Embassy Suites by Hilton Convention Center Las Vegas

Negatives: The front desk person was rude several times. The person out front when parking was the same, rude, smoking and did treat anyone one with any. Care at all. Horrible experience.

Negatives: Please dont go by the pictures on the website, the rooms are like motel. very old and dungy. Sofa are dirty, stinky and dusty. Dont think they have ever changed bedsheets pillows, they were torn and worn out. Towels were worn out too.. There is no kitchenet when it was mentioned on the description. Bathrooms are old and stuffy, no exhaust. Over all pathetic. Such a shame to call it a Hilton property.

Negatives: Jacuzzi was broken :-(

Negatives: The staff in the morning gave my husband and kids a hard time. They made my husband and kids go all the way back up to the room for the breakfast card but they let all the white go ahead without their cards. So I thought that was very rude. They didn't have soap in the room and after we called downstairs no hand soap was ever given to us.

Negatives: nothing

Negatives: Security guard we were unloading our stuff from our car, took the things upstairs. The weather was super cold outside left my dog in the car for less than 10 minutes while we dropped off the luggage in the room already got two phone calls from staff front desk that the security guard does not want, our dog in our car I explain we are leaving. We are just dropping off luggage as we just checked in. It seemed as if pet friendly wasn’t a thing for this security guard or staff.

Negatives: We arrived late at night and booked late I reserved it when we got to front desk said no way we completely sold out. I checked again on booking site and still showed about 5 or more rooms. She declined us staying there with the hole family at midnight. We try to explain we do have reservations set she said call customer we don’t have space. We called customer service and they call the hotel while I was on the phone and now they wouldn’t answer them. What an awful night they made go through we found a hotel 2 hours away to stay at. I feel the staff didn’t clean the rooms or have them ready that’s why they declined us. It’s awful how they behaved late night Vegas embassy staff. Also they charge us for the night like if we stayed there! I Hope embassy send us a voucher to stay at other location free for a whole weekend because that was extremely bad !

Negatives: Our room was right across from the noisy elevators
