Negatives:
The sofa sleeper was so uncomfortable. The walls are thin and I can hear everything from the people next door. I always get booked into a room on the higher floor and I don’t like heights. The surrounding neighborhood is very intimidating and I don’t feel safe walking to catch the monorail. Shuttle driver and van smelled like cigarettes and he wasn’t very friendly

Please dont go by the pictures on the website, the rooms are like motel. very old and dungy. Sofa are dirty, stinky and dusty. Dont think they have ever changed bedsheets pillows, they were torn and worn out. Towels were worn out too.. There is no kitchenet when it was mentioned on the description. Bathrooms are old and stuffy, no exhaust. Over all pathetic. Such a shame to call it a Hilton property.

The view of the sphere was awesome. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool. And breakfast was amazing. The complimentary drinks from 530 to 7 were also an unexpected treat!

The rooms were clean and for a decent Stay for 1 night. Loved they had a indoor pool.
Negatives:
The staff in the morning gave my husband and kids a hard time. They made my husband and kids go all the way back up to the room for the breakfast card but they let all the white go ahead without their cards. So I thought that was very rude. They didn't have soap in the room and after we called downstairs no hand soap was ever given to us.
