Extended Stay America Suites - Las Vegas - Midtown

Negatives: Virtually no breakfast. Only coffee and some sweet muffins that I cannot take. They should not advertise for breakfast.

Negatives: I booked my room several months ago. Upon my arrival, the room I booked with 2 queen beds was no longer available. I was offered a king deluxe with a pull-out bed. The pull-out bed was not comparable to a queen bed and it was uncomfortable. I had to ask for extra sheets and blankets to put them on the pull-out bed. I paid the same rate for the inconvenience. The breakfast is only instant oatmeal, coffee, hot water, hot chocolate, and decaf. Offering instant oatmeal and coffee is not a breakfast. However, better than nothing. Not worth getting up for. I had a small kitchen. I should've brought my own food to make breakfast. A trauma center is located across the street. Lots of sirens, and helicopter noise throughout the night.

Negatives: Very bad experience, the receptionist was very rude, Room smells bad, the water taps are very bad, I did not expect Wyndham allow this hotel to operate. There is no coffee machine and no glass even to drink water. Very bad experience. I would not recommend anyone, I don't want to give even a single star. I booked for 3 days but vacated the same day. Breakfast was horrible.

Negatives: Very poorly run facility. The House Keeping was wrost that I've ever seen. If it wasn't for the emergency situation, I was taking care of, we would have left immediately. Hair everywhere, dirty carpet throughout the building. The place shouldn't have the franchise name it's using.

Negatives: We had confirmed reservation but when we got there they didn’t have any room available. This was late in the night and We had to book in another hotel. This was the worst experience ever.

Negatives: We arrived very late at night. Very tired with two kids. I got the confirmation email the day before our arrival. I asked if it's fine fine with them if we arrive very late. At the check-in, I was told that the place was overbooked. At 2am. Horrible.

Negatives: cold and indifferent staff and cookies and coffee are the so called "breakfast included", thin sheets offered for the cold night can never warm u up, had a cold and sleepless night in a youe paid hote, unbelievbable! Noisy refregerator kept u awake

Negatives: Stained floor. Tub dirty. Tub drain removed. Staff kind of rude. No breakfast as described at all. 3 granola bars in a basket is all. Coffee was even empty. 7am is when we tried to grab breakfast. Had to go buy breakfast for 4 of us. Was not in the budget. No parking spots available. Family had to park at hospital in bad neighborhood and walk across busy street. Super run down place. Worst hotel ever stayed at. Best part of the stay was the dollar storre 3 buildings down, except that to walk there, you had to wade through 10 homeless people.

Negatives: Too expensive for what it is. Too far from everything

Negatives: Lobby and hotel smelled like Mary Jane. Hotel and rooms in desperate need of remodel.
