Negatives: I had to clean the handle and door of the refrigerator with soap and towel as the cleaning crew did not. I also had to clean around the floor area of the toilet.

Negatives: Regarding the aspects I did not like about the property, frankly, I was disappointed with nearly everything. The public areas were poorly maintained, with trash scattered everywhere. The rooms had an unpleasant odor and were poorly cleaned, with signs of mold in the bathrooms. The beds, kitchen appliances, refrigerator, and sofa were all in poor condition, which was a stark contrast to the photos shown at the time of booking—it felt like a huge misrepresentation. Additionally, the staff was unhelpful; for clean towels, I had to go to the lobby and exchange them myself, which was inconvenient as it seemed like they suspected guests might steal them. The breakfast was also disappointing, not only due to its poor quality and the cramped space in the lobby but because it was poorly stocked. Despite arriving during the breakfast hours, there was nothing left on the last few days, which was frustrating for me and other guests.

Negatives: Bathroom is small.

Negatives: Breakfast too simple, coffee, muffins, oatmeal and hot chocolate powder packs. You could add bananas and yogurt

Negatives: Our room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke as well as cigarette burns on the coffee table. After walking barefoot I noticed the floors had dirt or crumbs everywhere. The free breakfast was only coffee and packs of instant oatmeal.

Negatives: The rooms are very outdated. More than half of the wall sockets didn’t work and some of the lamps didn’t work as well. The shower has weird water pressure. The sofa bed was super uncomfortable. The linen on the bed was stained. The walls are THIN! You can hear everything your neighbors are doing. The AC unit was already super loud and annoying. They are incredibly understaffed so we felt really bad asking for anything.

Negatives: Checked in late with family along with two kids. The room was supposed to have 2 beds to accommodate the 4 of us but it had only one bed. Checked with the front desk and they said they were fully booked and that is the only room they had. We checked in and went into the room and it smelled awful full of smoke and pot. Went backed to the front desk and requested a cleaner room but the lady at the front desk said she was helpless and cannot do anything and said we have to spend the night in that room. I did not feel comfortable staying in the room that smelled bad with two kids and decided to move out and look for a better option. Went back to the front desk and asked the lady if she could give us a refund since the room was not good and also there were not enough beds for all of us but she rejected. Finally she took my phone number and email and mentioned that the manager will call me next day to discuss about my situation. I did not receive a call nor an email. I lost my money booking this hotel and ended up looking for another hotel at 11 pm in the night with two little kids.

Negatives: Nothing to complain about. It is not a fancy casino hotel but it is a good value.

Negatives: Staff was rude, unprofessional, and entered my room without announcement or permission.
