Negatives:
Regular rooms could offer microwave,something more comfortable for people like myself. And not have to pay extra for a room that offer that. Also to wake up going to work and there's a S.W.A.T. Team there with guns drawn for someone upstairs above me was not comfortable! Actually it was scary!!!
