The room change was nice, clean, updated. They comped us the resort fees & taxes for the night. I had expected more from a Westin resort. But it was cool once we were put in the right room & got situated. It was packed by various events.
Negatives:
Traveling group of 3. We were given a king room with one king bed. The room was outdated. We were traveling with a disabled person & placed on the 38th floor way down winding hallways. He was exhausted. Our room wasnt big enough.

Toilet too low, tub too high to step in, and not all water cameout of shower head was gushing from tub. Also would have been nice to have small table or desk.
