I had to switch my car due to a mechanical issue. When I went back to get a parking permit the staff was very friendly.
Negatives:
The room smelled like smoke. I didn’t like all adults had to show ID. What would have happened if they didn’t have an ID?

They had road construction going on, so it was really hard to get in and out of the parking lot. I had random people pounding on my door all night long. and there were a lot of people working on cars in the parking lot all night long
