Negatives:
I called ahead to make sure I could use my credit card to pay for my son. They said it would be fine and there would be no issues when he checked in. When he checked in he was told he needed to provide a credit card for the room. Very inconvenient.

I love this place. I stay 2-3 nights every month. look it up. Policy changes are not always for the better.

I was used to the $25 deposit. I never have a lot of money, but i work for a living. You changed your deposit by doubling it and you have done nothing to inform your regular clientele. Because of this,I was turned away for being 6 dollars short. Not fair.

Staff was very friendly. Location was excellent for our needs as it was close to the university. Hotel and room were very clean. Nice lobby.
Negatives:
Horrible heating system...very noisy. Bed was uncomfortable...too soft at edges. Had to request a blanket. TV flickered a lot and screen had a spot on it. Resort fee is rediculous. Restaurant had no set hours. Closed most of the time.
