It's clean and comfortable with big space. I like particularly the kitchen and also the small lake nearby which is perfect for a walk.

We came to do ski and this location is still a bit too far to the ski resorts. But the value of the place is great - I have nothing yo complain.

When we arrived we were informed that one top of an already elevated price we would be required to pay a nonrefundable pet fee of $175.00! That's insane; the old 'bait and switch'!! I intentionally put a special note in my original booking that we were 2 adults and 1 pet. I received a response to that 'special request' that they were able to accommodate us and that there would be 'no additional expense' for my notification. However, when I arrived I was informed of the "Special Pet Policy".
I will go out of my way to NOT book through Booking.com and I will never stay in a Marriott property again!

1. Breakfast is supposedly until 9:00 am, but at 8:30 if any cooked food is finished, they will not bring more (potatoes, scrambled eggs etc.).
2. Sofa bed when open is blocking everything.
3. Pictures showed a range and there was only an electric stove top.
4. Very small table with only 2 chairs….

The washing machines are coin operated only. The other Marriott Bonvoy locations we’ve stayed at utilize CSC GO with payment being via the app. There was no way for the desk to bill my room an exchange for coins.

It was clean big and friendly! We both loved it . I feel it’s a little pricey. But it was do able for 1 night. Couldn’t afford more than one. Sorry about that but I don’t get it why everyone has to be so greedy and charge outrageous prices . But it was nice.

Positives:
I was very impressed from checking in and all the way to check out. I asked for extra sheets and towels from the front desk and they promptly got those items for me and the tv remote needed new batteries and the front desk got us a whole new remote. I am in a wheelchair and they made sure I had a room close to the lobby and helped me several times getting my stuff in my room and made sure I could access easily. We had two wonderful days at this hotel
Negatives:
I did call again for extra towels and sheets on the second night and I called the front desk and was told I needed to come to the front desk to get them. As I said I am in a wheelchair and I had trouble opening and closing my room door and I was told that the reason she couldn’t get them to me was because she was working by herself and couldn’t leave the desk. It took me about 10 minutes to get to the desk and when I arrived she wasn’t at the front desk. She was in the back and there was now a second employee at the lobby
