Positives: The staff Location
Negatives: First floor room was very noisy. Staff moved us to second floor. Facilities very worn and needs painting and repairs. Paint was peeling, problems with tub and toilet. Comforter was stained. Breakfast was not good. Donuts dry, not much to choose from.

Positives: Great spacious rooms, huge heated pool with jacuzzi and sauna.
Negatives: Breakfast is continental, very few options of food and beverage. Tables were dirty, no one was attending to breakfast area.

Positives: Unfortunately, the only part of our stay that was great was that the beds were comfortable and the showers had good water pressure.
Negatives: Where do I even start.. Following this review I will be putting a call into Quality Inn corporate, Booking.com AND the New Hampshire Board of Health because this hotel was GROSS! The first red flag was upon entering our building and being met with a FOUL smell of fryer oil and curry. That is a VERY distinct odor, and I knew someone was COOKING in the building! We reserved two rooms - The carpets in both were filthy from stains and needing to be vacuumed. One of the queen beds in one room had a LARGE YELLOW STAIN on it which we presumed to be urine, like what else could it be?! When we called the front desk, we had to bring the soiled comforter to the front desk ourselves to get a new one! There was a picture on the wall that was upside down, missing the glass and had a dent in the wall underneath it - Totally looked as if there had been violence in that room. The pool and hot tub area was the most disappointing part of our stay! That area looked NOTHING like the pictures seen on Booking.com. There were hardly any chairs / tables to put towels and belongings on, which I suppose is fine and well since we didn't stay long - As I entered the hot tub, I couldn't help but notice the water was gray-ish almost. Then once I was fully submerged, I noticed TONS of stuff floating that I can best describe as soap scum looking stuff! Honestly, I've been in many hot tubs and I have never been in one where there was stuff growing. I couldn't shower enough, I felt so dirty. Upon checking out, I voiced all my frustrations to the woman at the front desk. She was kind, so I didn't really let her have it the way that I am going to with Corporate. She had some very well-scripted responses for all of my complaints. She tried to tell me they just were renovated during COVID but honestly, there is NO way that is true! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Positives: Pool and hot tub were nice. Adequate towels at the pool area. Beds were very comfortable. Convenient for our trip to Santa's Village.
Negatives: Hotel a little dated. Staff seemed a bit indifferent. At check in rooms were in my son's name and not mine. We were not together and no crib was provided that I requested. The girl was able to make some changes so at least we were on the same floor. Maintenance people had left for the day so no crib. Thank goodness my son had a portable play crib that they used for my 2 yr old grandson. The hotel said they did not receive my requests for rooms nearby and a crib from Booking.com. The desk person said we should have booked directly in order to convey my requests. Not sure what happened here......

Positives: The lovely young lady who checked my husband and I in upon our arrival. As well as her staying past her scheduled shift to help us out when our shower would not turn off. The fact that a staff member stepped in and called his plumber friend to fix the shower faucet.
Negatives: LOCATION- the Location was decent but the train was coming through after midnight. No space to bring dogs outside to use the bathroom. There was stains on the bedding, shower wasn’t totally clean, and the pictures of room selected showed sink was in the bathroom not in entrance area. BROKEN SHOWER-The fact that we potentially needed to relocate our room due to the shower water not turning off; along with the fact that they wanted to relocate us to the VERY BACK of the Rodeway Inn despite all the empty rooms before getting to the one we would have to stay at the same cost with the biggest issue being that the room we almost relocated to smelled VERY STRONGLY urine. POOL- We were able to check out the pool and the area was a disaster; when we first walked in dirty towels thrown in overflowing basket, dirty left in immediate pool area, no bathroom, the water was beyond cold, and the hot tub near the pool was clearly filthy based on evidence of stuff floating in it. BREAKFAST- we woke up around 7am as breakfast options started at 630am. The breakfast was a COMPLETE JOKE! They had bread, batter for the waffle maker, mini muffins, bagels and bananas. The area food was set up in was very cramped nor was it monitored by one of the three staff standing behind the desk. We ended up getting McDonald’s for breakfast our last day there. MANAGER- I’m not sure if he was the owner or manager on call but he was rude when it came to broken shower faucet. I’ll admit I was pissed off and rude to young lady but I apologized to her for the way I treated her when I initially found out there were no more rooms. She called someone and asked about moving us to Rodeway Inn but the manager or whatever his role is was beyond rude raising his voice when he attempted to shut the water off and we were in the same room.
