Electrical pole broke in half and we had no electric all night, meaning no heat. They don't have a back up generator. No one said anything to us in morning. I know it not there fault but at least let the people staying there know what's happening.

I ended up checking out after one night because I was able to get into a program for medical treatment early and was charged 3 nights for one night stay. So the "value" was non- existent given I was "over charged" for services rendered!! Over charged by over $200+, I am not impressed and will not recommend or stay at this property again having been taken advantage of!!
