Easy, convenient location- near the airport as well as near a dozen or so locations for good foods and groceries. Perfect spot for our visit. The staff was excellent. The pool and hot tub were wonderful.

Housekeeping only serviced our room on one of the days and only provided new towels. Our beds werent made up or refreshed.

Property is old and in need or repairs. We didnt get to the pool and spa. The water was not clear so we didnt use it. They advertise clean towels and soaps if you stay less than four days. We had no room service for our stay three days two nights.

Had to wait an hour to check in because room wasn't cleaned. I was told well we could close the hotel or you have to deal with the shortness of staff. Completely unfriendly and unapologetic. (This was the lady who came on at 4 for the shift change
The jacuzzi wasn't cleaned black stuff came out of the jets they we then cleaned up.
The breakfast was sub par at best potatoes barely cooked.
It cost almost 300 a night to stay at your hotel I accept a whole lot more. This was supposed to be a relaxing romantic night away and instead I cleaned a tub that isn't mine and waited in a parking lot in the pouring rain.

This is just an airport stop off/night before flying hotel - it is not a hotel to stay in for anything longer than overnight . It is very dated and needs a complete refurbishment. It is not near anything except one restaurant which wasnt the greatest . It does not have a restaurant - there is a space opposite the reception where there are tables & chairs . The breakfast is very very basic . Linens/towels were not changed every day - apparently after a stay of 4 night you have to request a change of linen - this we did but it didnt happen - I had to go back to reception and request again as we were staying for a week . We did not use/see the pool as we were so disheartened by the drab condition of the place we didnt bother . Do not be fooled by the photos - this is a one night stay hotel only and no longer .
