Positives: Comfortable pillow-top beds, good water pressure in the showers.
Negatives: When I arrived in the middle of the night expecting two double rooms, one of my room reservations had been changed, erroneously, by hotel staff. The manager on duty apparently had no authority to correct this and I had to pay for another room on top of the double bill I was mistakenly charged. Fortunately, the general manager reversed the mistake within a day of our departure, but it was an extremely unpleasant turn of events to arrive in the middle of the night, having previously confirmed a very late arrival, and be told that there was no reservation. It was good fortune that the hotel was not full and they did indeed have the room that I had originally booked.
