The location.

A shame. No management, a barely trained staff, kind but totally ineffective. Pool bar closes when others open, lack of staff at pool so they just close it, overstaffed at the restaurant but you wait 15/20 minutes for a spoon. One lift broken. Trucks engines on under your window start at 7 AM !! Wentworth is .. went worse. Windows not cleaned. They were Marriott but not anymore and we know why. And they charge at booking.com 2 to 3 times what they charge on their website. I paid 450 to 600 dollars /night and they charge the same night at 247 dollars on their site ! You ask for explanations but don't get any.. a shame.
