Positives:
The convenience to the room was great, parked right outside the sliding glass door. Room was poorly lit, beds were very low to the floor. The pool/ hot tub looked nice but when I went down at 9:30 pm to attempt to use it, it was overrun with kids and mothers so I didn't bother. Hotel's location to stores an restaurants was great.

location was as always the best. the breakfst was okay. the pool was also nice after a day of skiing. the hotel was in a nutshell, just ok.

there was no longer any maid service which no one informed us of. our room overlooked the back parking lot with a pile of broken toilets and other garbage there.

The room wasn’t as clean as it should have been ,rugs needed to be vacuumed. Got charged for an upgrade when the first room wasn’t what I expected. Had my 89 year old mom with me and there was a lot of walking for her just to breakfast.

I've done a spring ski bail-out during my wife's tax prep. season to No. Conway for years, usually staying happily at Green Granite and was surprised by some neg. reviews I'd seen prior to this trip and was really glad to find the same competently run place I've known for almost a decade now. Everything was fine, room was clean and ready, breakfast was still good quality, staff are both local and North Country nice by nature, and while not a 5 star lux hotel I'd give it a 4.8 on overall value and comfort level. I was even asked how my stay was at check-out with a fresh Starbucks in hand leaving.

There could have been a little more ski terrain open on Easter but THAT'S another whole review, ok...

Very poor cleaning was just disgusted and disappointed as never had an issue prior but this room we got was overly priced with how the room was so called ‘cleaned’ as my two year old found a knife and bag of chips along with food from who knows when under the bed, the mattress and pillow had pee stains and when I complained didn’t offer anything to make us think that it mattered as didn’t offer any discount or money back not even to change rooms will not be returning to this place ever again very disappointed and disgusted with how the staff found it acceptable to have anyone stay in that room
Half the outlets don’t work, so much build up on the heater when it finally decided to work and the room light didn’t even work just had a bad time altogether
