There was only one person working in the lobby and the gentlemen checking in before me (for a group) were having difficulties. It was a long process. When we did get to our room, it was only 59 degrees. Maintenance arrived and was not able to fix. Had to move rooms. Our take dinner was then cold. Just frustrating after a long day of traveling.

We were charged for smoking in the room we had when we never smoked in the room they are saying evidence was found and when we asked to see the evidence they had nothing to show, so we were charged 100$ when we spoke to a manager, she said she didn’t understand why we were charged 100 when the fee is 50$ per night and we stayed ONE night. All in all I’m pretty sure we were blamed for smoking just for extra money even though we were over charged to begin with. It took us calling the corporate number to get any information and to get a refund of what we were over charged. The lady who first answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional! Oh and might I add that the young man that came to close the pool opened the door to ask us if we wanted to come in that way before he locked the doors because we WERE OUTSIDE smoking.! We respectfully declined and said we would walk around so he could do this thing and we could finish smoking a cigarette.!

I loved the fact that they had a hot tub & pool. Also having breakfast was a big plus. That's why I booked it. I prefer to have breakfast at hotel.
