The suite is big with kitchen. Breakfast area is big.

The staff I talked to at arrival was polite but cold.
When checked out, another staff told me I couldn't change my credit card for payment and the my registered card had been charged. She told me I booked at booking.com, the 3rd party, they just took payment with the card registered in booking.com. I was surprised.
There are two TVs in the room. The TV in the bedroom didn't work.
This hotel had not much holiday decorations, probably because it was a business hotel. But a weird feeling during the holidays.

Not clean. Multiple things broken. Tub didn’t drain. No mattress covers. Breakfast was not great. Management did address which I appreciate but taking better care of facilities and providing clean upkept hotels is the only answer. Hilton is having so many problems at multiple locations with care, cleanliness, repairs and upkeep, clearly a systemic problem. They need a top down evaluation of all their hotels, very concerning.
