The location was nice next to the mall.
Negatives:
Staff were rude and short tempered, the staircase smelled terrible, although smoking wasn’t permitted the entire place smelled like cigarettes, no water was available, no breakfast was served, the WiFi didn’t work very well, no shampoo was provided.

Horrible we lost power and they refused a refund or to switch the rooms. The transformer blew up out side my window and we had an active fire going and still no budging. Staff were rude and then the trucks working 3 feet from my window all night long was terrible. My next day was ruined and at 10:59 they made sure we were out.

Room next door very loud and hallways at night and early morning. Bedside table had outlet for power. No fridge or microwave and only in lobby which weren’t clean
