When we pulled into the parking lot, all I saw was a dirty run-down motel. Never got out of the car, cut my losses, and went to another Hotel. DO NOT STAY THERE!

Cockroaches, rotting wood, soffits, everywhere! It smelt like they sprayed that cleaning solution everywhere! I have asthma, and I couldnt breathe.

Appreciated the updated/renovated rooms, staff were always very nice and helpful

Wife noted facilities outside the room itself just felt dirty, the building itself was notably dated and the conveniences in the room such as tv and refrigerator had to be at least 15-20 years old, no big deal to me but the general atmosphere made my wife uncomfortable just being there, comparable to the shining hallway

It was quiet, the location was good.
Negatives:
The hotel has an odd smell. Not overpowering but odd. It was obvious it has not been renovated in decades. It was difficult to find the ice machine. Things were not clearly marked.
I think the room was way overpriced for what it was.

The bed was super comfortable.

The pool was closed, there was a really bad smell coming from the hallway. Thank goodness we could use the other entrance, I couldn't walk through that hallway without gagging. Not sure what it was, but ewww. Probably won't stay again because of the smell

The room was nice and spacious, comfortable beds....2nd door in room led out to a balcony to sit outside.... continental breakfast was included as well

The floors were tile and felt gritty under your feet...it was like they didn't vacuum or swept the floor

Room wasn't ready on time. 3:00 check-in. Tried to get into room at 3:15 and it hadn't been touched yet. We were there for a concert and wanted to drop our bags and freshen up from 3 hour trip. Didn't end up getting into room until midnight because we went to concert for 3:30 opening in parking. Room smelled musty ad reeked

Negatives:
Not worth the money. Place is dirty and looks like a hangout for meth heads. We were in town for concert in Gilford room we stayed in was near the door and people banging in and out kept us awake all night. Thin walls cable didnt work and the toilet hardly flushed. Not with the $190 a night. This is a cheap motel at most.
