We had a very thin coverlet on the bed. We were freezing!
We pulled up for valet. Waited 20 minutes, no valet.Had to walk quite a distance at 10 PM to the hotel. Walked up to a guy, with no identification and asked if he were the valet. He said yes. My response to him was “So you saw us sitting for 20 minutes and didn’t offer to valet?” Dumb expression. “Sorry”
Front desk kid, no professional attire said that they definitely had Valet service that night
