It took 30 mins before we could get check in since nobody is in the counter Friday night. Watch out as your room is getting charge with something that you are NOT purchasing. Staff needs more training in customer service and in their own computer syste

Quiet and safe area. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. The halls looked a bit worn in places, but kept tidy. Mostly quiet inside our room. We didn't hear any hall traffic. Decent breakfast selection.
Negatives:
One night the upstairs guests were crazy loud for several hours in the middle of the night. They must have been partying because it was the only thing we heard our entire stay. Not much the staff can do to help that, but they did assist us the next day with a follow-up which we appreciated.

Beautiful facility excellent customer service spotless room

The location was in the middle between Philadelphia and New York, we stayed here and drove shopping in New Jerzy, we slept here and went sightseeing in phili, overall a mid road hotel that exceeded our expectations. (much cheaper then a hotel in NY)

the washing machine and the dryer and in the gym, so if someone is doing his laundery you cant breath in the GYM. the breakfast was very so so. thats it, the rest was fine.
