The front desk person who checked us in was vulgar. The hotel is set up a little awkwardly if you have a room in say the rang 30 and up you have to take a different group of elevators that send you down a hallway that doesn't tell you there are elevators

The signs for the different bank of elevators point you in the wrong direct when I went back to the front desk person for clarification she was very rude said more than once I told you which way to go.

Staff was rude, hotel was dirty, my room was not satisfactory but I had a 15% off coupon valid only for the deals where you dont know which hotel so Im assuming the coupon was what triggered the horrible hotel and I would have cancelled but not allowed

The internet charging stations did not work. Very frustrating. The cleaning lady knocked on the door, asking something about Shampoo. She didn't speak English and I don't speak Spanish. So I have no idea what she was asking. Very weird.

The location was great but the entrance and exit from super busy highway 3 was scary. Directions should be clear to the back entrance off River Road which is much less dangerous.

Room is incredibly small- no storage, very cramped with little room to walk. Elevators were overcrowded- only two were running during our entire stay. Every ride we were in with 10-12 people. Breakfast was terrible. Gray sausages and powdered eggs.

Easy, friendly front desk staff. Good room for short stay and nice amendities with breakfast, lunch.

Cleaning staff ignored "do not disturb" sign, and opened room without introducing themselves, making noises outside,trying to look into it, while I was asleep

We were working nights in the area and sleeping during the day. Extended our stay after night 3 and needed to sleep but policy was the room had to be cleaned and we had to leave while it was cleaned. Staff wouldnt accommodate our need to sleep
