Negatives: Property is a little outdated looking even tho its newish.

Negatives: They did not clean room second night I was there and heat was not working

Negatives: Heating kept cutting off. Shower head was broken spraying water on floor. No room service to room to change towels. Hotel seemed to be in rehab mode. Had to call front desk to use elevator.

Negatives: That I didnt stay longer

Negatives: The couch in the room was very stained.

Negatives: Unfortunately, many things didn't work. There was only one working elevator. The staff had to be called to bring you up and down, plus the stairs were far away. The computer was super slow upon checking in, and it took forever even after restarting it. The pool was out of order, because some foolish customer brought their filthy dog to the pool the night prior to our arrival. Charge pet people EXTRA, and DEMAND that their pets stay out of ALL common areas like gym, pool, and dining room, etc. Give pet people specific rooms in hotel away from others, and so their rooms can be given more cleaning. Pool is miniature in size. The room was older, curtains, kitchen furniture, and lampshades were stained, and inside of toilet bowl had a light brown ring stain (not cleaned enough/frequently). The furniture is old, the tv is not smart, and the ceiling had water stains and signs of aging. My girlfriend's room had a stained pull out couch that was very uncomfortable for our other girlfriend to sleep on, and it was very squeaky. Overall, the hotel is NOT what I expect from Hilton. The room was about $200 for one night in a town (not a city) including taxes and fees. I wasn't even in the room for 12 hours. I didn't book at a peak time or holiday time, so I cannot imagine the charges for those dates! I was willing to pay extra, because it's a Hilton hotel. I absolutely WILL NOT be returning and DO NOT recommend this hotel. Hopefully, others will have better reviews after the renovations.

Negatives: For sharing a room, the bathroom is in the master so that was awkward. Doors didnt require key cards to get in, they didnt lock. The sheets on the bed were like cardboard. The breakfast area was a cluster and could be more spread out or at least out silverware on an outer extremity. No orange juice.

Negatives: Elevators dont work and staff has to operate them, major inconvenience. No eggs at breakfast, said they ran out. Bed felt like it was 100 years old, very squeaky and no comfort left, same with flat worn out pillows and the sticky rug in the room. Also, walls are super thin and you can hear every word your neighbors are saying.

Negatives: Sofa bed not capable of sleeping;mattress full of springs.
