Very generous and nice to my 3 year old.

Employees mixed up my paperwork with someone elses information even after taking a copy of my id and having me sign my name to it. There was no true verification completed. We got to the room and was asked to come back to the desk because it was wrong.

The room was very tiny. They took an old hotel, made thwe outside look great and did the bare minimum to fix up the rooms. The ceilngs had a sheet of sheet rock covering up holes instead of fixing them properly. The sheet rock had water stains.

Got room switched from king bed to double bed because my toilet was clogged. They closed my room. Never fixed toilet and left my towels on floor and stuff they pulled out of toilet on floor !!! Highly disappointed. I come here every week for last 6weeks
