Convenient location, modern and stylish design, friendly and supportive staff.
Negatives:
It was my second visit. I had the impression it was better kept when I was there last time. Staff still very friendly and supportive but cleaning took place during what I found unusual times (eg 8 pm). Mentioned it to the front desk and they immediately responded and changed the cleaning time.
