Close to where we needed to be.

Closet door broken, shower head with calcium deposits, tub drained poorly and slowly, refrigerator did not cool, bed was worn in the middle felt like sleeping in a hammock, charger on desk was not aligned, could not plug in a USB cord to charge. Furniture had stains on them. See pics below.

The restaurant was not open for dinner and no breakfast. There were no associates at front desk. The bartender was drunk and very rude. When counting money from reguster he left it unattended along with his wallet and was tripping in the bar from drunkenness and kept telling me too leave eventhough he was serving the lady next too me. I have the video of him and coworker drinking.

The staff is so kind and accomadating. Plus the location is great, everything is so clean and feels homey. FAVORITE HOTEL in New Jersey hands down.

This isn't a complaint, i just wake up late so I kept missing breakfast. I would love if they stayed open a bit later for those of us late morning risers. Especially when on vacation :)

The bathroom was never cleaned when we arrived. There was hair all over the bathroom and in the tub in multiple areas. I am in the cleaning business and I was not satisfied with the cleanliness with the bathroom.

It could use a spruce- the sink was cracked, the bathroom walls could use a coat of paint, the outlets were so worn out my charger kept falling out. I woke to discover my watch hadn’t charged.
