I was deeply disappointed with my recent stay at this particular hotel. I had previously stayed at another Days Inn in West Virginia and had a wonderful experience. However, this time was different. Firstly, I specifically chose this hotel because breakfast was advertised as included/free, but it turned out to be a complete lie and scam. The property claimed they had stopped serving breakfast due to COVID, which I understand, but why mislead customers on the website? Secondly, I booked a room with 2 queen beds, but upon arrival, the beds appeared much smaller than standard queen size. Thirdly, the cleanliness of the room was subpar, with dust on the countertops that I had to clean myself before using. Lastly, there was an unpleasant and unusual smell throughout the hotel. Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience, but I would only recommend it as a last resort in an emergency situation where you desperately need a place to stay. I demand a refund.

The tub looks like its never been clean there was mold around the tub, the drain and walls, dirty floors. Splatter on the walls. Tv selection not good. The fire alarm was disconnected. I would never stay here again
