Sonesta is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. I like how clean the room was and how close it was to restaurants & grocery stores. I love how full size the fridge was & I had pretty view of the woods outside my window .

The hotel was a bit underwhelming.. it was a getaway for my birthday & I was expecting the room to be updated as it advertised online & based on reviews, but it was an older hotel, the room & hallway had a distinct “old” smell & the walls in the bathroom had huge bubbles

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived to the sofa bed already set up with linens on. The room was clean. The beds were comfy. The kitchenette was stocked with just enough for our small group.
Negatives:
Based on the 8.0 rating on booking, I expected the room to be a little more updated. Much of the furniture was visibly worn and, like many places these days, the room could use a good deep-cleaning in the corners and such. But overall, it's a nice place, especially at the price we paid.

With no warning, we were charged a parking fee and they put a hold on my card of $150 for security fees without letting me know as well as charging my card for the room cost. When I called to ask why I had a double charge, the staff was very rude and told me to wait a few days and I’ll get my money back……
