The staff is always friendly and helpful and willing to help. The breakfast had a variety of items, and the coffee was freshly made.
Negatives:
The room is in need of serious attention, the couch needs to be replaced, the pillows were flat with no fluff, the bathroom rod was broken, wallpaper peeling, and the floor tiles needs to be cleaned.

It’s looks clean. And nice. Speciality the lobby. Smell good and clean.
Negatives:
the walls were stained and the smell was strange but we decided to stay because we thought it was because it was closed. When I opened the sofa bed there were nails and something smelly. I spoke to the front desk and the employee said I’m sorry. It is unacceptable for a hotel with a good reputation not to do more than say sorry. I was paid for two nights. I only stayed one.
