Positives:
Location was pretty good. Right off a main highway but traffic couldn't be heard inside the room. Pet friendly. Breakfast included.
Negatives:
There were no sheets for the pullout bed and no blankets for any bed. When I asked the front desk clerk for sheets and blankets, she seemed genuinely confused that the (very thin) comforter was not the blanket. Never got a blanket. Also, pool was drained.

Hair all over bathroom. Room smelled very musty. Paid for two queen beds was only giving room w one bed. Way overpriced for dirty room

There wasn't a good variety of refrigerated food, the breakfast juices were watered down, Friday night staff wasnt helpful when I called in asking about the airport shuttle. Clearer instructions on how to get to terminal P4 would have been helpful.

Several broken things in the room . Didnt want to walk on the carpets. Furniture was dirty everywhere in the hotel. Some rude guests.

We were disappointed to discover that there is no parking enforcement and once the spaces are gone, there is nothing that the hotel will do to assist. We were told its first come, first serve and we dont get involved in parking issues.No help!

The room was spacious and had a kitchenette (which we didnt need but was nice addition) and a sitting area.
Negatives:
As we started to enjoy our stay we started to realize the many problems: our bathroom door wouldnt close, the water was too strong coming out of the sink, light weight blankets in a cold roomand worst of all, a dripping rusty water over the toilet!

The rooms were spacious and clean. I liked the large cold fridge. Staff was amazing and helpful. Check in took 3 minutes!
Negatives:
I wish the T.V. had more streaming options and not be stuck on cable channels. I wish you fixed the out-of-order elevator. In the mornings, you'll have to wait for a while to get down or up and that's because only one elevator was working. I used the stairs.
