Negatives:
After checking in, we were informed by the staff that the elevator was out of order. Regrettably, they explained that a refund couldn't be provided since we had already completed the check-in process. They suggested that we stay for one night, assuring us that the manager would be available during the 12-8 shift the next day. Considering the inclement weather and the late hour (it was already 10 PM), we reluctantly agreed. We sought clarification regarding the charges for the following day, given our 11 AM checkout time, hoping the manager might waive the fee. The next day, despite our planned outing, we returned by 2 PM to speak with the manager. However, we were met with unprofessional behavior from a female manager, who threatened to involve the police and evict us from the premises during our discussion.
With both of our elderly parents, aged over 70, with us, they had to navigate three flights of stairs due to the elevator malfunction.
Subsequently, we promptly vacated the property as the situation became untenable. Unfortunately, our money was not refunded, and the manager refused to engage in dialogue, maintaining a confrontational demeanor throughout.
Additionally, we found the rooms to be dirty with sticky floors, and the breakfast offered was subpar, consisting only of coffee and granola bars.

Positives:
"Most" of the front staff helpful and friendly, when you could find them.
Negatives:
PLEASE READ
1. Our first room we were given hadn't even been cleaned when we walked in.
2. New room, New key. Keys didn't work. TWICE.
3. Room smelled like some was burnt in there.
4. Room floor had not been swept or vacuumed. There was dirt and crumbs everywhere.
5. Microwave cleaned with such a strong smelling cleaner we couldn't even use it. Even after I recleaned it with dish soap and water.
6. We weren't in the room much everyday, but when we did use the TV, it would freeze and we would have to turn it off and on to get it going again.
7. Keys did work again. Came back 2 separate afternoons and had to have both keys redone again so we could get in our room.
8. Breakfast is basically non existent. Oatmeal packages and packaged Muffins and coffee and tea. Would it kill some one to have orange juice or milk options?
9. For an extended stay hotel there is only one very very small dresser.
10. The sofa was stained and dirty. We wouldn't sit on it.
11. Most of the front lobby staff was friendly. Some of the women acted like we were a nuisance when needed cards renewed etc. It literally took 10 seconds to redo our Keys. Also it was more of a nuisance to me have spent all day gone and then have to wait 10 minutes for someone to comeback to the desk, just so wecould get in our room. This happened more than once.
We will definitely not be back to this hotel.

I was having work done at the house so needed to stay out for few days. Worst decision in choosing this hotel. Elevator hasn't worked in over a year per receptionist, hotel is VERY rundown, dirty, not well maintained. My biggest issue is that even though check-out is at 11am, at 9am someone started banging on the door, then proceeded to enter the room WITHOUT announcing who they were. According to the manager that I requested to speak to regarding the situation, that is part of "their job". I advised him that I've stayed at numerous hotels and not once has anyone ever banged on my door and entered my room TWO HOURS PRIOR TO CHECK-OUT!!! Even though he did apologize, he was very condescending and just kept making excuses for his employee. Do yourself a favor and just avoid this place!!!!
