Location was fine. Close to area of our destination and Sacred Heart Church and Denny's.
Negatives:
The most serious objection we had was that, although there were signs all over the place that it was a non-smoking facility, you could gag on the smell of smoke in the elevator! There was a faint smell of smoke in the room we stayed in. I had to air everything out when I got home. My daughter was coughing her head off. A minor complaint was that the top sheet on my bed was torn.

The room had a mildew smell. It was also facing the main road which doubled as a drag strip at night with vehicles racing up and down. There was also loud music being played at night. Definitely a low budget hotel/motel I wouldn't recommend.

Negatives:
Front desk person almost charged me $30 to check in and hour early. I had to refuse to pay extra and told them I'd wait. But he eventually didn't charge me. Then there was a problem with the credit card machine, had to use 2 different cards to pay. Problems with the room....when I took shower, water did not drain from tub for few hours. Safety/handicapped bar in shower was lose on 1 end. I paid $81 for the room plus $100 security deposit (which I still haven't been refunded for) and I only stayed a few hours! I checked out before 7pm that night.
