Location was good. The restaurant downstairs was good.

The lady at the counter lied to me. She said parking was free, I was really shocked because the site said $22. Well then it was $30. No agreement with the hotel and garage.
I called about 3 times that morning to verify about parking. No one answered, so I went to the desk. The guy had an attitude and told me I must have heard wrong. I told him I had called and he said “I’ve been busy”. Then a manager came out and looked me dead in my face and said no you’re wrong, you misunderstood. Very abrasive; not good customer service at all.
The room was dusty and no linens for the sofa bed. And ac/heat was only in the bedroom so the living room area was cold.

Positives:
The location was great, I got to NYC in 15-20 minutes with my car. The fairy to NYC leaves from a station right across the street from the hotel. The view is fantastic, both day and night. The hotel looks modern and clean.
Negatives:
Breakfast was not up to the standard of the hotel, I spent a couple of weeks in upstate NY just before that in a 2-star hotel with slightly better breakfast options. Also, one employee was trying to force questionable policies (no more than five people grabbing food in a room, moving only in one direction w/o a single step aside, etc.) in a completely professional manner. Many residents were frustrated by that.

The room was great, everything i needed, i didnt have to call main lobby for anything,cups,plates,pans utensils etc. 2 tv a sofa bed and the bed itself were very confy. The garage was connected to the hotel the elevator would take you directly to it.
Positives:
Cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the suite.
Negatives:
Floor 11 was difficult to connect to WiFi. Breakfast was not up to standard - no toaster was available for bread and bagels
