Positives: The location is great for exploring NYC. Take the ferry over and the buses around the city arr included in the ticket price. And when you finish you can relax with beautiful views of the NYC skyline.
Negatives: It would be nice to have more food choices nearby. The free breakfast at the hotel will get you filled up but like most other hotels your getting what you paid for. I'd recommend taking a very short stroll to Steven's Cafe and getting breakfast there.

Nice clean hotel in a great location with beautiful views.

Positives: The location at port imperial is perfect.
Negatives: The breakfast although served daily was tasteless. It wasnt good at all. The bagels couldnt even be warmed up in a toaster. Coffee was blah.

Nice location however lackluster breakfast, $22 a night parking, $8 in and out fee, no housekeeping had to call front de

Positives: The location is perfect... walk out the door and cross the street to take the ferry to NYC. It's a very clean hotel and the rooms are very spacious.
Negatives: Just a few things to note: The A/C is cold in the bedroom, but the living and kitchen remained warm. The lighting in the bathroom is not great, especially for women trying to do their makeup and hair. The breakfast was okay, could have been better. The price is a bit high for what you get... it's just as expensive or even more than quality hotels in NYC. The hotel has a 'business' feel... not cozy or family friendly. I was on business, but also traveled with family and didn't find it to be a good fit.

Excellent Location - Perfect for Business Travel
Annemarie Family with Young Children October 25, 2023
Positives: Three of us stayed in the apartment. Sofa bed could have been a bit more comfortable. Bed in bedroom large and comfortable. View from window straight across river to New York = excellent. Breakfast included porridge, bananas, apples, oranges, cereal, coffee, tea and other - very good. Location, 5 minute walk to train, Mall 11 minute journey and wholefood market 1 stop away; 1 minute walk to ferry to NY. On bus route.
Negatives: Toilet blocked on last day! Would have liked better sofa bed and duvet for it. Torrential rain caused a problem - buckets in hallway near lift! But rooms dry and warm.

Very good value for money and relatively easy access to NY
Stefania Family with Young Children October 24, 2023
Positives: Modern facilities, decor
Negatives: Found bug in my water cup by the bed and reported it to reception. They did not inform housekeeping which room it happened in, had to ask them personally to disinfect/clean Breakfast is a joke, they get catering of packed sandwiches/omelette. If youre into oatmeal/cereal youre fine

Average, but with easy access to mid town Manhattan by ferry
Jennifer October 23, 2023
Positives: Nothing
Negatives: Someone booked a room and checked in using my credit card information. So, obviously the front desk employee didn't check for someone's ID
Aivo Family with Young Children October 21, 2023
Positives: The breakfast food selection had everything that was needed. The environment was created with a view over the Hudson to Manhattan. Nearby shopping ( ACME ) has all the food options you need and the hotel room has some easy-cooking equipment and utensils. The area feels very safe and walks during the day or early evening are fantastic when the light of Manhattan starts to dominate the evening sky. If you visit New York for 1 week and want to explore Manhattan but come back to a "home" more relaxed environment then this place is for you or your family. Transportation to the hotel is mostly recommended with the NY Waterways ferry but it could be a little costly for constant return trips to/from Manhattan. It was 9,50 USD for one person, one way. But not much info is not published in the comment that there is just next to the hotel bus stop and bus number #158 takes you to the Manhattan Port Authority bus terminal and the way the cost is 3,50 USD. On the way back to the hotel take the same bus #158 and your stop is Port Imperial. The ticket is valid for 1 hour and can be easily purchased NJ Transit app. Instructions from the web page. So the cost of one person is 7 USD per day to go to Manhattan and come back. Good place to stay for a week-long vacation or work trip.

Positives: It was nice that breakfast was included in the price of the accommodations, but a more varied menu daily would be nice.

Jessica Family with Young Children October 15, 2023
Positives: Location was great with easy access to the city. Set up was smart and room size was comfortable.
Negatives: The A/C in the room didn't work right, and it was only in the bedroom, leaving the rest of the room hot. For a room with a kitchen, the trash cans were too small. There is no tap and pay for Check In and Check Out as well as being told they were unable to charge the card that the room was booked with. It caused a long and delayed Check In due to trying to find a way to pay.
