Negatives: Room was dirty, the tub was disgusting

Negatives: Everything bad

Negatives: The hallways seemed too dark. Breakfast was cold and they didn’t refill the coffee pots and all the fruit bars and muffins were gone like in a minute. I stayed in ESA on another state, it was so different.

Negatives: The property was poorly equipped, no single utensil in the kitchen and was initially told none was available when I asked. I eventually got some after insisting and waiting for hours but it was grossly inadequate. Internet wasn’t available for about 3 days and the room wasn’t cleaned all through our stay. There was also no broom or mop in the apartment for us to do the cleaning ourselves.

Negatives: Not clean, lack of service

Negatives: Bathroom was dirty bathtub was disgusting. No carpeting it showed carpet in the pics before I booked it. Room was just dingy

Negatives: 1. Upon a first arrival there was a Tesla backing into the double door 2. There was a crowd of people in lobby waiting on rooms 3. I was initially told my room wasn’t ready because it hadn’t been cleaned, at the time it’s was going on 5PM 4. The hallway on the 3rd floor had an intoxicating smell of marijuana 5. Entered the room and it looked empty and unkept 6. The shower head silver plate was dangling off from the wall 7. The counters in the bathroom sink area had debris and a great amount of lime scale and corrosion. 8. The tub had significant corrosion 9. There was some dirt and debris behind the television on the table and on the floor near the heater and inside the drawer in the nightstand 10. The telephone receiver had food crumbs and a dried substance 11. There was a couple in the woods to the right exit clearly using drugs and kept watching me 12. The side door used for guests that morning was unlocked so anyone could walk into the hotel 13. Overall I was extremely disappointed my stay.

Negatives: The stuff are very mean & rude.! Also is showing discrimination touted me in my family.! Two of the lady staffs did not assist they were judging us from the 1st stay & continued to make up lie so we leave our stay.! Also called the police on us due to staffing misunderstanding.
