The plugs in the bedroom area. All were loose.

Convenient location, was only here for a couple hours to sleep but room was clean and front desk was very friendly for 11:30pm check in.
Negatives:
I did find a couple hairs on my sheets/pillowcase but figured that was probably from housekeeping and not a big deal. Everything else was clean.

Well built location. Nice and quiet room that provides a quiet resting place among potential freeway, airport, and other travelers noises.

The breakfast was good. Staff was nice.
Negatives:
The room was gross. Dust and grime everywhere. Strong smell of chlorine. Outlet that was black and looked like a fire had started.

The staff were very accommodating and courteous. One of my kids left there phone on the airport shuttle and they called several times and brought it back to the airport before we got on our flight. We are very grateful for the extra effort.
