Bed was comfortable and I got a good sleep. I was right by the elevator but didn’t hear any hall noise.
Negatives:
Breakfast was all “out of order”. No hot food, no juice. Just cereal and quick carbs like muffins and donuts. Big bummer as I was traveling with teenage boys and was counting on breakfast at the hotel. Clean but outdated and a little janky.

Positives:
Needed location near hospice center to care for relative who was dying and this was close. The bed was comfy and front desk staff were all very good. Breakfast was as expected.
Negatives:
HUGE brawl/fight in the hallway outside my room at 12:30 am. Yelling, hitting, swearing, women screaming/groaning, terrified kids crying, men threatening to kill each other. No staff or police intervention!! Many guests were PO'd in the morning. Participants were the parents of a kids football team staying there for a game/tournament; they were all atwitter about it at breakfast (poor kids/nice job parents.) Because hotel staff did nothing and team(s) were not checking out, assumed chances were high fights would continue throughout the weekend. Probably not the safest choice of lodging, so cancelled the rest of my stay. Understand reservations aren't generally cancellable, but when you become trapped in your room due to your hallway being full of (at least 10) violent guests? Hotel should have allowed free cancellations and refund for that night, or better yet, booted the participants of the fight. That didn't occur. Perhaps they need to hire security??
